Hi, i intend to get this jacket and i would like to know if i can combine it with a fleece in order to stay warm during winter.If yes which one i can get?

Paul, You can certainly layer a fleece or an insulated piece under this jacket and be quite comfortable even without zip-in compatibility. The pro's of no compatibility are that you are free to choose virtually any layering piece.
