I wear Asics Gel 1150s now but would like a trail runner for winter in northern Wisconsin. Problem is that I have a wide forefoot. The 1150s accommodate my foot without going to a wide shoe. Will the Salomon XT Wings do the same or should I go to Asics Trail Sensors?

These shoes are amazing. If you have a wide forefoot they may not work for you. I love to hike in them, but if I run in them my toes hate me for days. Going a half size up might make the difference. Definitely a great deal here.
