As others have said, it is hydration compatible but does not come with one. Osprey makes a 2L and 3L size that works well with this pack. http://www.backcountry.com/osprey-packs-hydraform-hydration-reservoir

The osprey bladders run for like 30 bucks I think, I have a 3L and its awesome.

Naiyin, This pack has an internal pocket for a hydration reservoir, but does not come with a bladder of its own. I hope this helps!
