You'll really like these pants. I'm 6'-0" 190lbs and the medium/regular fits great. That's the size I would also recommend for you since the waist fit is 32-34". If you need more length, try to find a pair in the long version, but I've never had a problem with the shorter inseam being or feeling weird or uncomfortable. One last thing: If you can find this older style, opt for it over the newer ones, since they got rid of the side/thigh pockets for some strange reason.
