Tell me in what temperature range this jacket is appropriate.Does it have any kind of cuff in the sleeve to prevent drafts and snow from entering?Good cute factor, but women also need outerwear that performs.

This looks to be a shell jacket. You would have to get a fleece or insulator to wear underneath. With good insulation, this jacket should serve you well on and off the slopes. Yes, this jacket does come with adjustable cuffs to help keep snow and air out.
