Should I wait it out for the 192cm or get the 183cm?
I am 5'11 and weigh about 165. I am an aggressive, expect skier.

183 is closer to a 185 in reality. 183 should be great for you.

I'm about the same size that you are and after checking them out in a shop the 183 seems like plenty of ski for me.
