156cm if you are an intermediat to advanced skier. 163cm if you are an expert who likes long skis and to go very fast. At 150lbs you can ski the shorter ski. I sold a woman who was 5'11" a k2 one luv 149cm(she was thin and it was in a demo center) She loved it. I am 5'5" and weigh 130 and I love the 156cm (burnin luv, free luv, and one luv. Haven't tried the true luv. I don't like short skis. Most women don't like skis longer than 158cm but I know a few who like longer ones. I also loved the 156cm ski (burnin and one luv) when i was 145lbs two years ago. It goes more by weight than height. Demoing is the best way to decide. Some people like longer, some like shorter. The 149 is probably too short. 156 is a very versatile length for a large variety of women.
