How do you access this without having to undress in line? I like the idea and it gets great reviews, but I'm having trouble picturing how you get to it.

The idea is that you leave it "undercover" and not get into it throughout the day. You then just leave a little money in your pocket for small purchases and use the undercover piece for your important travelers checks, etc...
