I'm 5'10" and a little under 140 and most Arc Smalls are either a little roomy or too darn big for me. I have a scrawny runner's body, i.e., no chest, so maybe that's the difference. I've tried the Epsilon on and found that a Small seems pretty good. Even the sleeves are only a little long on me, another problem I have in getting the right fit.

The Epsilon is designed as a trim fit jacket that works great as a layer under hard shells, as well as a stand alone with lots of breathability and moderate weather protection. If you'll use it like this, a small would fit best. For more outerwear use, with room for a thicker layer under, a medium could work.

I am 5'10" and 140, and I wear a medium in Arc'terex gear.
