Would this jacket be warm enough in a 45-50 degree rain or should it be put over any jacket/clothing you would have on?

Scott, This jacket has a lining to it, so you could wear it alone depending on your tolerance to cold. I would probably suggest wearing at least a tee shirt underneath though.
