I have just purchased a pair of G3 Alpinist skins. At the end of the first day of use in wet snow they do not stick at all to the plastic webbing I use for folding them, and the stickiness to touch and to the ski is much reduced from when new and dry. After drying they did seem to stick a bit better, but still not a full recovery.

My mistake - they are Expeditions, not Alpinists. Just wondering if anyone has seen the same thing and/or has a solution for this apparent moisture problem? Or maybe my skins are just faulty?
