My child is 9 months old. Will this work for him? I worry, especially while he is asleep, about jarring his body during longer runs and bike rides. Will his head fit between the pads or are they adjustable?

The Baby Supporter will work for a child of 9 months while strolling or jogging with the carrier. The head pads can be adjusted easily to your child's height and there are generally no issues with width. For cycling, however, we would strongly recommend waiting until your child is a minimum of 1 year old and we would also recommend that they wear a helmet inside of the carrier while it is cycling mode. At that point, with a helmet, the head portion of the supporter can be removed for more comfort for the child.
