hello, I want buy this deep dish plate, but I don't know which size to choose. I wanna what this plate I can put in my MSR Flex™ Skillet frying pan and to save maximum space. Both medium and large can put inside in?

both medium and small would work with the flex 3 the flex 4 I believe will take the med and large I have the flex 3.
