I want to use the MSR quick 2 system...
I'm trying to decide between the pocket rocket and the superfly
Im concerned about the packability of the superfly,
Im concerned about the efficiency and stability of the pocketrocket with the quick 2 pots
What about a jetboil with the pot stand?

You'll like the Quick2 system. If you're determined to go with a MSR canister stove, I would go with the Superfly because of it's larger burner, slightly faster boil time, higher BTU output and better fuel efficiency with a 228g canister, but you're also completely correct in your concerns about stability with larger pots (true of any piggybacked canister stove set-up). However, if you're looking for an incredibly stable, efficient, well-made stove, I'm going to have to point you towards the Brunton Vesta (item# BRU0208). I recently started using this stove, and I'm thrilled with every aspect of it...from the price, right on up to it's ease of use and the fact that it has remote canister capabilities that allows me to invert the canister for better cold weather fuel performance. I've found it to be a great piece of gear that works and fits easily into my own 1.5L Quick 2 pot. I have lots of stoves, and the Vesta has quickly become my favorite. Hope that helps.
