you can use this to attach to canister fuel http://www.backcountry.com/outdoorgear/Brunton-Fuel-Tool/BRU0131M.html I have found this easy to use. Took me a few attempts to get it down but I got it. I also picked up a few small bottles of fuel that included the small needle thing to insert into the bottom. the bottles are about the size of a highlighter pen I found them at a local camping outfitter store.
