So I have seen a buddy's Mantra and it does not look Twin-tip, but it says it is here. Has the design changed or do they just call it a "Twin tip"?

I think raised tip is more a appropriate description.

It's definately not a twin tip. I have the 2011 and they have no rocker or twin tip.

It's not an AR6 but they ride switch decently, enough to land a 180 or 540 without much trouble, but I wouldn't bomb a mountain backwards on these.

I have older Mantras, 2006. They have a "twin tip" in the sense that the back is slightly turned up. I wouldn't consider them a park ski by any stretch but skiing switch is no problem.
