So I am on Search and Rescue in the Tetons, it is usually snowing or hot. I need a good backpack that I can use year round on rescues. Any ideas?

im in SAR down in Arizona and i use the aether 65 for the summer and the exos 46 for the winter. neither has failed me in the least. but id go for the sturdier pack for the summer if you carry a lot of water.

This might work - but the Arc'teryx silo line seems like it might suit your needs better. I feel like its more of a backpack that could be used in a variety of different applications where as the Kode series is pretty specific to just skiing/snowboarding.
