I'm 6'-0", 190lbs, 42" chest, 34" sleeve and a large fits me well with a softshell underneath. A lot depends on your chest and sleeve measurements, your preference as to fit, as well as just what you plan to layer with, but I'm going to go ahead and point you toward the XL. Excellent choice! You'll be really happy with the quality and performance of this piece. Everything else was quickly retired after I had a chance to test it out in a wide variety of weather conditions this last winter.
