Hey Patrik, I have owned both sportivas and 5.10s, and I personally have felt that the sportivas fit a little bit bigger, I wear about two sizes below my standard shoe size in sportiva, but only one size below in 5.10s. I have wide feet though, so I guess it depends how you like your shoes to fit. Hope this helps!
