Love the pack, but has anyone else had a problem with inside the pack behind the large water reservoir pocket where the fabric meets the frame, tearing? It happened to my first one and the retailer I bought it from gladly exchanged it. Now it happened to my second one. By no means do I exceed the weight limit of this pack, I stress packing lightly. What's up with this?

I have used my pack a lot over a year and a half and have not had this problem. I think you just got a couple duds. Ospey's warranty is great though you should have no problem getting them to repair/replace it.
