Is this the 2008 model and will I get the 2 year manufacturers warranty? Lastly, do you ship overnight, and if so what is the cost?

No. The latest model is the RS800CX RUN. The only difference is that the CX can use the GPS and Pedometer simultaneously. Conversely the RS800SD can only use them separately. The 2 year manufacturers warranty is only offered when purchased from dealers listed on Polar Usa's website.
