It is lighter then the Denali. It would be about as warm as a 200 weight fleece. The Denali is a 300 weight fleece, which is the heaviest weight.

Yes, This is going to be a little lighter than the Denali. Along the same lines though, something that is good for the cold and you can through a shell over, or layer out under it. Just a different look.
