Hello!
This pack looks great and its just the right size for what I need, but I'm concerned about that bucket pocket on the front. It appears to gap on the sides when its buckled into place. Won't it fill up when it gets rained on?
Please help! I hope you can answer tonight because I need to place my order tonight!

As usual, I agree with Phil. If your primary concern at the moment is rain, you should most definitely invest in a rain cover.

I've never seen that happen with any similar set-ups. The pack isn't waterproof, so any minimal amount of water that does happen to get in there directly will seep out through the fabric. Also, if it's raining that hard, the entire pack will be soaking wet, so you might want to get a rain cover when you order the pack. Hope that helped.
