I’m backpacking on Europe for three weeks, does this look good for that? Or does it look like too much? I’m not doing any backcountry stuff, just need to have clothes, shoes, etc, so I’m wondering about a cheap, suitable backpack

It depends on how much you are going to pack in there. If you are just bringing a few pairs of pants and some t-shirts, it should be fine. If you pack heavy, you might want to consider something just a bit bigger. Also, just a heads up, these packs were on SAC yesterday for 39.99. Keep an eye out for it if you can wait a bit.
