It isn't rated to any temperature at all. MSR best addresses this with saying: "a boost in warmth when pushing your bag’s temperature rating between seasons". Afterall, it's not insulated so how could it be rated? It's a thin layer of ripstop Nylon w/ 10K mm's of PU sprayed on it. It's super light and keeps the moisture of you, the rest is up to your sleeping bag.
