Most definitely. The polarized lens is ideal for prolonged outdoor activities. Polarized lenses have a filter that reduces the amount of light that is reflected that enters the eye. It generally reduces glare on snow (which causes snow blindness), asphalt (like when you are driving) and/or inside your windshield. So if glare is an issue, polarized is the way to go.
