My Calypso Kayak has no good way of attaching Thule hellaport bow and stern tie downs to the kayak. Or one end has a hole that I thread the rope thru, the other only has a lite cord with handle (similar to lawn mower starter pull cord handle). I haven't figured out how to use the end straps that wouldn't simply slip off the kayaks tapered end.
