Hi, An Australian 14 is usually about a size 10 in American sizes. To be on the safe side, use the sizing chart (http://www.backcountry.com/store/sizingchart.html?sizing_id=24&sku=SAL1340&pg_id=224&subcat_id=36&cat_id=12) for measurements. If you're at the high end of the range, go with the bigger size (and if you're at the low end, the smaller size, obviously). Hope that helps.
