Is this jacket packable? I am tall at 5'10" so I have long arms but am pretty skinny. What size would you recommend?

Packable? Yes! it will zip into it's own packet. I would get a large if I were you. Rain jacket's don't have to be fitted, a little extra room is actually optimal. Enjoy this fine piece!
