Hi guys

am aggressive downhill skiier, do a fair bit of cross country touring, just got k2 backups to complete the quiver and develope some free heel skiils

thinking of mounting these (22 designs AXL) as a resort tele/backcountry combo.

wondering how my crampon boots woudl fit though - idea would be to use these as appoach skiis as well to get to the ice climbs.

I am not particulalry looking for an AT/Randonee setup - tele will be fine (once I get into it!)

silvretta 500's were considered for just such an option - any thoughts? or am I trying to do too much?

Ah, you need 75mm duck billed Telemark boots to run these bindings. Other than that, these are a great choice, and you'll never need to upgrade. Best tele binding around.
