I tried a regular sized bag on at the crag and it fit well. I am 6'3" with a 20" hip to 7th vertbrae measure. However i'm only 160 lbs so I'm worried a Tall won't fit (32 inch waist).
Thoughts?

I got the tall and it works well. The hip belt could definitely fit a MUCH bigger guy but it cinches down on me well enough.

I am also tall (6'2") with a narrow waist (32"). I bought the tall and the pack fits great. I was worried about the waist, but the tall I got fits perfectly according to the Arc'teryx fitting guide.

If you know the regular fit, go with what you know...comfort and fit is everything. I'm 6'-0" /190/ 34" waist and a 20.5" illiac crest-C7 measurement, and I can fit the regular or the tall height-wise, but since it worked, I opted for the tall in the Bora 80. I have a bit of slack to play with on my hip belt, but a couple more waist sizes down, and I could see running into adjustment problems for those times I need to honk it down to give my shoulders a bit of relief. Hope that helped.
