I now own a pair of O ROKR PRO and yes they do work with the iPhone 3G with NO adapter as long as you have the latest software sound is top notch too. lov um

no, it doesn't, but you can get a blue-tooth adapter that fits on the bottom of the iphone. Motorola, Sony and iCombi are examples that will work just fine.
