For touring, rolling descents and a little in-area skiing is the Voile release Kit with Voile 3-pins Mountaineering adequate or would the 3-pins CRB (with cables) be the one to go after?

My boots are Alpina BC 1575.

BTW I'm not into jumping 20'-high cliffs nor telemarking in moguls...I'm more of the long and slow telemark turns type. I'm also just an intermediate skier at both touring and telemark skiing.

Cables will give you better performance, by far, especially if you're using hard boots.
