I know that Scarpa's tend to run a bit wider. How would this compare? Do they run wide as well or are they a bit narrower - like a Sportiva Katana, for example?

I wear katanas in 40.5 EU and the Vapor V's seemed to fit me pretty similar in size 42. YMMV

I can't compare it to the Katana, but a couple of us in the Scarpa office with wider forefoots have been able to get a pretty good fit in the Vapors
