I am looking for a Kayak I can use at the beach, but also on lakes and flat, relatively still water, rivers. How does this Kayak paddle on Lakes and Rivers?

It will handle lakes just fine- really what this thing was made for, as far as rivers, they have to be mellow and fall under "recreational", you'll be surprised on how spread out the Malibu's abilities actually are.
