Would you try the 92mm on a 155cm Black Diamond Joule ski with a 95mm "waist"? I'm inclined to think bending is a BAD idea. Is there enough plastic to shave off the brake without getting near the metal. 1.5mm on either side if stated specs are accurate? Is this what it amounts to?

they might just fit right over too, I have a 95mm under foot ski (KARHU storm BC's) and the 92mm breaks go over no problem, no bending, no shaving.

You will probably void the warranty, but I've ground down the sides of the brakes and carefully bent them out a bit to make them fit over wider skis. Here's a little link on how I did mine: http://straightchuter.com/2010/01/3766/
