Anyone have experience with the Pacific Outdoor Equipment Hot! Sleeping Pad? I have a hard time sleeping in a tent because I always get too cold - I produce very little body heat at night. I've got a -20 sleeping bag which is not enough. Any ideas for keeping warmer?
