Can someone comment on the feel of the pertex outer shell on this. Is it crunchy? Stiff? Or does it lean towards the "soft shell" side or feel of the spectrum

Definitely not a "softshell." It feels like many other hard shells I have worn.

Hello, the feel of the Pertex fabric is more on the gore tex side of the spectrum thanks
