My Kompressor Plus has a sternum strap, which does not really work well for me as a slimer woman. Its not easily removable but it does adjust along webbing. No waist strap.

The Kompressor, Kompressor Plus and Ultra Kompressor all have sternum straps, but only the Ultra Kompressor has a waist belt.

No waist strap and I don't believe it has a sternum strap either.
