What size should I get? I'm 5'11" 165lbs...fairly thin. I normally wear between a medium and a large. I like the mediums, but the arms are sometimes too short; larges tend to be too bulky through the chest

I'd go with a medium. The sleeves have thumb-holed cuffs and will be on the longer side.
