Is it possible to stretch the inner side where my bunions rub?

Bring them to a ski shop. They will stretch it. It will take at least an hour though. They heat the shell in the spot that needs stretching and then they stretch it with a special tool until it cools. They can rush it by icing it, but it is best when it cools naturally which takes at least an hour but preferably longer.

Nancy, There are a lot of things you can do to alter the fit of these boots you're best bet would be to discuss this with the boot fitter at your local ski shop. Chances are they can grind the inside of the boot in order to accommodate your bunion.
