I've use a BD harnesses and while comfortable and easy to use i've noticed the soft loops aren't very big and get crowded after roping in with a 10mm. Any other brands out there with bigger soft loops? Basically becomes difficult to use a daisy chain or purcell due to crowding. All the non-adjustable BD harnesses seem to have the same size loops and was wondering if anyone uses a different brand and doesn't have this problem.

Every harness will essentially give you the same problem. I have climbed in Petzl, Mammut, BD, BW, and Trango. What i do is girth hitch my anchoring sling on one side of the belay loop and tie-in on the other. That usually keeps things under control. I climb in two BD harnesses now and 7.7 twin ropes or a single 10.2 is always fine for me. Hope this helps.

Are you asking about the size of the "tie in" points? If so, that's a hard question. There are no specs on the size of tie in points. What is the issue you are having with crowding? Are you tying in double or twin 10mm ropes? Do you have a sling girth hitched to tie points also?
