Does this shoe come come in triple E for widths? If not, can you recommend a boa or quick lace running shoe that comes in such a width?

Vasque offers the Velocity or the Blur in wide widths, but sorry, not for the Aether Tech boa. I don't know of any boa laced shoes that are. - Also we don't have any "wide" trail shoes in inventory here at BC.com, you will have to find these elsewhere.
