they dont shrink at all. im 6' 200 lbs and wear a large

Im about the same size and I got large and I wouldnt go any smaller

i have a 33 waist and got the large which work well for me. i'm 6'1" and 180lbs

I'd go for the medium but would recommend air drying to ensure they won't shrink at all (should because they're nylon, but its possible on high heat).
