I am really unsure of the sizing on this dress. I read one review that says go up and one that says go down. I am 5'4, about 145 and typically wear a 8-10, do you think I could wear a medium? I like it fitted but of course not too tight. Thanks.

In think Paran runs small but the measurements on the sizing chart are good. So the best way to figure this out would be to mesure your chest and see where you fit on the sizing chart.
