I want to get this jacket but I am unsure of size M or L. I am 5'3" and 145lb. I am a 38C... any advice?

I always order a size up, and would get a large.

I would advise a Large in Women's or a Medium in Men's for your weight and size in the Denali jacket. I'm 5'3" weigh 125 and am a 34DD and take a women's Medium/men's Small in this fleece jacket.

I would advise getting a Women's Large. I'm 5'3" and a 34DD and wear a Medium in Women's sizes and a Small in Men's TNF Denali jackets.
