How is the lateral support in these shoes? I'm about to start INSANITY and regular running shoes aren't going to cut it.
Anyone have any insights on this?

I run about 4 days a week, an hour each time. To me, the overall support is great. The shoes felt a little too snug at the beginning. But once you start running on these, that snug feeling turned into great support.
