If I am a 5'10" 140lb runner, obviously pretty slender, do you think I should get a Medium or a Small? I like my clothing to fit pretty well and don't like swimming in anything that is too big. However, I have somewhat longer arms. What do you suggest?

medium. I'm 5'10 150lb and a runner and I went with a large.I agree with the above: I am 5'8" and 140 and I am happy with a small. But since you are taller I would recommend a medium for you too - these run short on the torso.
