Anyone know the dimensions of the backpack? It would be nice if I can double this pack as a travel pack and use it as a carry on.

I have frequently taken my Black Diamond Predator 50L pack as a carry-on bag on airplanes. And it was PACKED full. Hope this helps.

The Arc'teryx Miura 50 can be used as a carry-on, but it's just slightly bigger than the official regulation size. It works great as a travel bag with the panel opening, and you can take of the hip-belt if you prefer. Dimensions are (LXWXD in inches) 28” x 13.5” x 13”
