Have had a tracker for about 5 years. Put fresh batteries in it this weekend, it worked on Sunday and it won't turn on today. Traded batteries with a friend and still can't get it to work. Anyone have some recommendations?

Mine showed similar symptoms. Giving it a good whack would get it to turn on (and stay on). This still left me uneasy so I sent it in and they warrantied it no problems.
